Islam is one of the biggest religions in Sydney, and there is a thriving community of Muslims. Hence, we present here information that would be useful for Muslim students. Kiblat The direction is 277.683187 from North, clockwise. Prayer Times Student usually download the Athan software or print the timetables from http://www.islamicfinder.org. You can also find a timetable at the right column of PPMS' website The timetables are particularly useful since the prayer times change drastically with the changing of seasons. Praying Facilities All universities are equipped with prayer rooms, and there are different compartments for brothers and sisters, and ablution facilities.
